- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Lay each wrap flat on a clean surface. Start with a handful of mixed greens, followed by slices of chicken, cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle tzatziki sauce generously over the top.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap to tuck in the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with remaining wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
Notes
Allow chicken to rest after cooking to retain its juices. Customize fillings and serve with a light salad or baked fries.
