- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh dill.
- Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle marinade over them, coating each fillet well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, squeeze extra lemon juice over the top, and serve with lemon wedges.

Be cautious of overcooking the salmon to maintain its tender flakiness.
