Ingredients
  

Group: Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use a creamy variety like Fage.
Group: Toppings
  • 1 cup granola Try honey-almond for added flavor.
  • 1 cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup For natural sweetness.
  • chia seeds or nuts Optional for topping.

Equipment

  • Glass Tall and elegant for layering.

Method
 

  1. Layer Greek yogurt in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Sprinkle granola over the yogurt layer.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, typically 3 layers.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top.
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds or nuts on top if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and store for up to 2 hours in the fridge.
