- If you’re grilling the chicken yourself, season it generously with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F—about 6-7 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine, sliced chicken, grated Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until everything is coated beautifully.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center. Sprinkle with croutons, fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly.
- For a presentable touch, slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Best served cold, but if reheating, do so gently to avoid sogginess.
