- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the burgers and top each with a slice of cheddar. Grill for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
- While the burgers finish cooking, toast the buns cut-side down on the grill until golden.
- Assemble the burgers with BBQ sauce, patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
