Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Remove the melted butter from heat, whisk in the sugar until glossy, then add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Oreo cookies, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before lifting out using the parchment paper. Let cool completely on a wire rack and slice into squares.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle melted chocolate or caramel over the top before slicing.
