- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine honey and lime juice. Whisk until glossy and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until bubbly and golden brown.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet, pour half the honey glaze on top, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip, drizzle remaining glaze, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Plate salmon, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with cilantro or parsley.
