- Start by using kitchen scissors to carefully cut down the middle of the lobster shell, stopping just before the tail fin.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill to about 400°F.
- Once your grill is ready, place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grates. Brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture and grill for about 6-8 minutes.
- In the last minute of grilling, flip the tails to meat-side down and brush on any remaining garlic butter.
- Transfer the lobster tails onto a serving platter, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and arrange lemon wedges around.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Gently reheat or enjoy cold in salads.
