Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
- Gently slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the back.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a baking dish. Layer with deli meats, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers, and shredded lettuce.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle the dressing over the layers and place the top halves back on the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully pull apart the sliders and enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
Notes
Assemble the sliders a few hours in advance and refrigerate for best results.
