- Begin by hulking and slicing the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
- Enjoy your refreshing strawberry popsicles!
Notes
For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of yogurt.
