  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water for a tropical flair)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Begin by hulking and slicing the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing strawberry popsicles!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of yogurt.
