  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Biscoff spread and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

For optimal results, ensure your butter is softened and avoid overmixing the dough.
