Ingredients
  

Group: For the Stuffing
  • 1.5 cups prepared stuffing mix (recommended: Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil. Season them generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Spoon the bruschetta topping over the seasoned chicken. Sprinkle the prepared stuffing over the top and add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Once out of the oven, let the dish sit for about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

Make sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken to be at least 165°F.
