- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, then the eggs one at a time. Fold in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Lastly, mix in the Nutella until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center has a slight jiggle. Let cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
