- Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the florets and toss to combine.
- Spread the seasoned florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
