  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the florets and toss to combine.
  4. Spread the seasoned florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet for even roasting. Adjust seasoning to taste.
