Ingredients
  

Group: Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably whole-fat for creaminess
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for a nutty flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder adds savoriness
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

  • High-speed blender or food processor
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone mat
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Dollop and spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Cool and cut the chips into desired shapes before serving.
  6. For extra crispiness, return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, watching closely.

Notes

Using full-fat cottage cheese is essential for the desired crispiness.
