  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Begin by cooking the fettuccine according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Slowly add the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring continuously until melted.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the skillet, stirring until evenly coated.
  7. Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional grated Parmesan and black pepper.
