Ingredients

Group: Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. graham crackers, finely crushed
  • Fresh fruit or cookie dippers (strawberries, apples, pretzels, etc.)

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s smooth and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and granulated sugar, mixing on low speed until glossy and creamy, about 2 minutes more.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and stir until fully combined.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  6. Stir in the crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with an array of fresh fruit and cookies for dipping.

Notes

Letting the dip chill for at least 30 minutes enhances the flavors, so resist the urge to serve it right away.
