Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease a medium-sized baking dish and pour the yogurt mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm or chilling in the refrigerator.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
