  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease a medium-sized baking dish and pour the yogurt mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm or chilling in the refrigerator.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
