- Start by slicing the avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping that luscious green flesh into a mixing bowl.
- To the bowl, add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt. Mash everything together until smooth or leave some chunks for texture.
- Once mixed, taste and adjust the salt or lime juice as needed, enhancing the flavors.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Transfer your dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top. Serve with sliced veggies or crispy tortilla chips.
