- Brew a strong cup of coffee or pull a shot of espresso.
- In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat, whisking gently until tiny bubbles form.
- In a mug, add honey to brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.
- Slowly pour the warmed oat milk into the coffee-honey mixture and whisk to froth.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract, then serve.
Notes
Store leftover oat milk honey latte in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
