  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso preferably bold medium roast
  • 1 cup oat milk Barista Edition recommended for creaminess
  • 1-2 Tbsp. honey adjust based on your sweet preference; local wildflower honey is ideal
  • cinnamon optional sprinkle
  • vanilla extract a dash

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee or pull a shot of espresso.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat, whisking gently until tiny bubbles form.
  3. In a mug, add honey to brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.
  4. Slowly pour the warmed oat milk into the coffee-honey mixture and whisk to froth.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract, then serve.

Notes

Store leftover oat milk honey latte in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
