  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
  • whipped cream (optional for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee until it’s rich and robust.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat oat milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon over medium heat, stirring continuously until warm and frothy.
  3. Once warm, whisk until glossy and well combined, then pour brewed coffee into a large mug and top with the warm oat milk mixture.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
