- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir everything together until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top looks set and the edges are slightly brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
